View Suite

View Suite is the platform developed by Vimar for advanced, integrated management of accommodation facilities

With View Suite, you can manage your hotel’s key technological functions more simply and efficiently, putting guest comfort, system control and the facility’s day-to-day operations at the centre. The entire purchase and activation process takes place through the Vimar web area, with no complex technical steps required from the user.

From the Vimar web area, you can create your system profile, choose the functions you need, complete payment and activate the software on the workstation where it will be used.

All the main operations take place on-line, through a guided process designed to take you from initial configuration through to the ongoing management of your system.

What View Suite does

View Suite is designed for hotels, aparthotels, B&Bs and other accommodation facilities that want to manage building automation from a single system.

Depending on the chosen configuration, View Suite lets you supervise and coordinate various system functions, such as:

• management of environments and rooms;
• control of the automation systems installed in the facility;
• time schedules and operating scenarios;
• consumption monitoring;
• management of access, key cards or virtual access solutions, where envisaged;
• notifications and alerts relating to connected systems;
• integration with hotel management systems, if selected in the configuration;
• addition of modules and functions according to the facility’s needs.

The aim is to offer a modular platform: you can start with the configuration your system needs and expand it over time, adding functions as your accommodation facility grows or your operational needs change.

The software’s operation depends on a licence key linked to the computer’s hardware and the packages purchased.

To obtain a licence, you therefore need to:

• Have installed View Suite

• Obtain the Workstation ID from the View Suite start-up screen - a unique code that identifies your PC’s specifications
• Have completed the purchase process, which involves choosing your packages, entering the Workstation ID and making payment
• Once the licence has been activated, it will be saved automatically to your MyVimar account. On start-up, View Suite will check for an active licence and will be ready to use straight away

Note: if the facility’s server is not yet available, you can still complete the purchase and enter the Workstation ID at a later time to finalise the licence activation.
