Vimar takes centre stage at Hotel Experience
Vimar takes centre stage in Athens, at the Hotel Experience event
On 17th and 18th October, Vimar will showcase its innovation at Hotel Experience, the event dedicated to hotel design, scheduled to take place at the Technopolis in Athens. An event that explores the future of the hotel industry, bringing together innovation, interior design and new hospitality trends.
In this context, Vimar confirms its position as a technological partner of excellence, offering customised solutions for the automation, control, and monitoring of accommodation facilities. This is all achieved by combining advanced functions and aesthetic harmony, thanks to devices that integrate seamlessly into their surroundings. Integration through solutions based on the KNX Secure standard with third-party PMS software allows smart room management, activating customised scenarios such as a different welcome for day and night, and control of lighting, temperature and automatic curtains and blinds. Vimar’s system can also interface with air conditioning, heating and air recirculation systems, contributing to efficient energy management and reducing operating costs.
There will be a strong focus on the design of the wiring series and on customisations with Eikon Exé, in the Collections variant, in its traditional, Vintage, Flat and Tondo control versions. The series has earned prestigious accolades such as the Compasso d’Oro International Award, the iF Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award. Designed to international standards, the Linea series and its home automation soul - the XT platform, available for By-me Plus and KNX Secure - represent an approach to sustainability viewed as a strategic value for innovation. Furthermore, the satin metal range of the Linea series has been extended with two new finishes, Coffee Bronze and Dark Nickel, creating, together with the Titanium finish, a sophisticated and contemporary palette designed to satisfy the tastes of international markets.
Hotel Experience represents the ideal place to discover how Vimar is redefining hospitality: smart technology, customised design, and total integration to create efficient and welcoming facilities.
