Vimar takes centre stage for innovation at the Hotel Interiors Experience
From 25th to 26th November, Vimar will be a leading innovator at the Hotel Interiors Experience (HIX), the event dedicated to hotel design taking place this year at the ExCeL London exhibition centre. This event brings together over 5,000 professionals, including architects, designers, industry operators, investors and specifiers, making it the international benchmark for the entire hospitality design supply chain.
In this context, Vimar will present its latest innovations for the hospitality sector, in particular View Suite, a state-of-the-art smart facility management platform: a solution developed to offer integrated, centralised control for rooms, systems, and services. Accessible via PC, tablet, and smartphone, it allows to monitor and manage the entire building at all times, on site or remotely. Thanks to its flexibility and scalability, it can be used to supervise devices, integrate third-party systems, and centralise lighting, air conditioning, blinds, and access control. Among the new access control solutions, the new Tactil landing panel, with KNX Secure technology, blends its design, security and usability. The device features an integrated RFID reader and Bluetooth technology, enabling room access with a card or directly from a smartphone using the View Key App. Vimar will also present its updated line-up of landing readers and pocket card readers which now adopt KNX Secure technology to ensure high standards of security, reliability and flexibility.
There will be a strong focus on the design of the wiring series and on customisations with Eikon Exé, in the Collections variant, in its traditional, Vintage, Flat and Tondo control versions. The series has earned prestigious accolades such as the Compasso d’Oro International Award, the iF Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award. Presented in international standards, the Linea series and its home automation soul - the XT platform, available for By-me Plus and KNX Secure - represent an approach to sustainability viewed as a strategic value for innovation. Furthermore, the satin metal range of the Linea series has been extended with two new finishes, Coffee Bronzeand Dark Nickel, creating, together with the Titanium finish, a sophisticated and contemporary palette designed to satisfy the tastes of international markets.
HIX is the ideal place to discover how Vimar is redefining hospitality: smart technology, bespoke design, and total integration to create efficient and welcoming facilities.
