The Vimar Linea series won a prize at the Archiproducts Design Awards, the international contest that features design excellence each year; an international multidisciplinary jury assessed hundreds of candidate products, rewarding companies and designers who created synergies between aesthetics, function and innovation in their products.
On this important stage, the Linea series won an award in the “System components and materials” category. Its innovative, clean and understated design was recognised for the flatness of the plate and controls, the linearity of the axial control, and the button aligned with the slightly curved profile, which features patented in-line technology that returns it to position when operated. The two control backlighting modes with an illuminated square or a vertical beam light make it a real piece of interior décor.
