New Vimar automatic terminals

The new Smartfix patented automatic terminals are the innovative solution designed by Vimar for simple, fast and secure wiring.

Suitable for cables of any type (rigid, semi-rigid or flexible) and of different cross-section (0.5 to 2.5 mm2), the new terminals let you do the wiring without having to use any kind of tools: simply just push to insert rigid cables or manually raise the bistable levers to be able to open the contact and insert semi-rigid and flexible cables too. The new quick-wiring terminals, thanks to the separate terminals of the spring contact (Smartfix patent), let you wire cables of different types and cross-sections in the same terminal, ensuring they are fully secure.

The innovative geometry of the Smartfix patented spring made of AISI 301 stainless steel lets you manage the cable inputs on the terminal independently, making installation easier.

You can therefore perform maintenance on the single input in complete safety, with the certainty that the second cable already inserted is secure.

Vimar's Smartfix patented quick-wiring terminal is available - for the three residential series Eikon, Arké and Plana - on a full range of switches, inverters, buttons and socket outlets for both German and French standards.
