The facility was built by Rubner Haus according to a project which involved the close collaboration with both the architect and the principal. The meeting between these parties gave rise to an immediate understanding which made it possible to pursue the desires expressed by the owners, who wished for a space stretching across a single storey, where the individual needs of each family member could be met, yet which would concurrently provide a generously sized and bright communal setting in which to get together.
A setting where the management of the various functions, such as temperature control, lighting, video door entry system, video surveillance, curtain and roller blind operation was entrusted to Vimar’s By-me Plus system , designed to ensure they interact with one another and to offer the utmost levels of comfort, energy efficiency and safety.
