The Linea series at Villa SoPi: sustainability and design in the heart of South Pigalle

A reinvented historic building

Housed in a fully renovated 19^th Century Haussmann-style construction, featuring a cream-coloured stone façade, mansard roof and wrought iron balconies, the building has been recently reinterpreted by architect Emilie Maltoff of the Em Architecture studio. Her work preserves the original identity while breathing new life into the structure.

The fourteen apartments, each characterised by a unique style, have been conceived as genuine living spaces that offer the comfort and intimacy of a home. Premium materials, modern amenities and elegant furnishings combine to create a bespoke, welcoming and sophisticated guest experience.

Linea: for a conscious approach

Villa SoPi is also deeply committed to sustainability, adopting technological solutions that reduce energy consumption and responsible management practices that significantly limit the use of paper and plastic. Vimar’s Linea wiring series fits perfectly into this conscious approach aimed at minimising environmental impact. Designed with a sustainable approach, by replacing conventional fossil-fuel based plastics with plastics from recycled and renewable sources, thanks to optimised production processes and the use of FSC certified eco-sustainable packaging, a more than 80% reduction of CO₂equivalent emissions produced can be recorded, saving more than 500 tonnes of CO₂ each year. Selected in the total look black version with aligned controls, Linea provides controls that are perfectly flush with the cover plate, interrupted by the delicately curved profile of the aligned button, patented with in-line technology.

The unprecedented and stylish design of the Linea series, which brings together the understated allure of sophisticated styling with state-of-the-art technology, is now also available in international standards.

A veritable item of interior décor, both discreet and distinctive and designed with sustainability in mind, resulting from painstaking research and in-depth studies. With Linea, innovation comes together with tradition, thanks also to 24 registered patents, designed to bring together sophisticated styling with state-of-the-art technology.

From today, the range is enhanced by the introduction of mounting frames, specific cover plates, and socket outlet variants compliant with the British Standard, including versions with integrated USB ports.

For the German/French standard, new multi-module cover plates have been added, designed for compatibility with various configurations and available in dedicated versions for both horizontal and vertical installation. Additionally, for the same standard, controls and socket outlets featuring Smartfix rapid terminals have been introduced for simpler, faster, and safer installation.
