Question: | Why is it specified that the differential circuit breaker should not be used as a control 1-way switch? |
---|---|
Answer: | The product cannot be used as a control 1-way switch as it is designed to be installed upstream of a socket outlet or of a device for the sole purpose of permitting protection against overloads and the short-circuiting of the device itself and for the protection of the user against contact voltages; it is therefore an intended use that is completely different from that of a classic control 1-way switch, where the power supply interruptions towards the load occur according to the user’s desire. |
