Question: Is Energy meter art.02963 compatible/configurable with Zigbee technology?
Answer: Product 02963 is not designed to support Zigbee technology. Operation is envisaged solely for BLE technology, so it needs the dedicated system gateway code 14597-16497-19597-20597.
Question: Can 3 energy meters be installed in a three-phase system, one for each phase?
Answer: Device 02963 is a single-phase meter. Only one meter for total consumption (or for a single load) can be installed in a system; in photovoltaic systems, a maximum of two meters can be installed (one for the exchange meter and one of the production meter).
